computer scrap book
I like your blog.I'm waiting for your new posts.
I like how the comic is so body-horror creepy in its details, but so wholesome in its structure: friends encounter an enemy, they wrestle with the enemy for a while, one friend saves the other and the enemy is defeated. then they walk off into the sunset.
Great comic, looks great!!!weird suff! Never heard of Jim Woodring!! thanks!
Hey Drew! When I think of animation schools in Canada, Sheridan College in Ontario is definitely the one that comes to mind as having the best reputation. I know there is also an animation program at Emily Carr (where Tony and I met), and it's definitely geared towards storytelling and making your own original animation (Sheridan probably does that too). There are also at least a couple dedicated animation schools here, but I think they are heavily geared towards making 3D art for the gaming industry, because that's a big industry in Vancouver. And there are probably some 2-year courses at local community colleges/universities.But yeah, I would start by looking into Sheridan, and see if it still has that reputation! I think you would definitely make a great animator.
